The Department of Electronics an integrated part of JSS College of Arts, Commerce and Science was founded in the year 1983-1984 under the aegis of Department of Physics. The well equipped labs form the backbone of the department by contributing significantly to the practical adeptness of the students. The teaching program contains proper blend of basic concepts and advances in technology. Under the aegis of this department a vocational course Instrumentation Technology and a Career oriented course on Electrical and Electronic Equipment Maintenance has been started.
