The Department of Political Science was started in our college in 1968 with Late N. Mohan Padaki as its Head. His contribution to the progress of our department in all aspects is invaluable.
As you all know Political Science exercises fundamental influence on the life and destiny of human being belonging to all Civilized Communities in the world that’s why George Bernard Shaw said that Political Science by which alone Civilization can be saved”.
Now the Department of Political Science in regarded as very important in Arts faculty in our college Students from different parts of the world are studying in our Department It is our genuine intention to help our students to become statesmen , Administrators and Diplomats. Our Department makes attempts to help the students to appear for competitive Examinations.
At present there are three members of the faculty in the Derpartment.
